  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

• Opened/used consumable goods (food, treats)
• Perishable items
• Intimate or hygiene-related products
• Digital products or downloadable software

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Methods

• Original payment method will be credited
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned item
• Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility unless item is defective
